Brief Bio
Mandy Speechly is the national head of programme and lecturer in copywriting at IIE-Vega.
She has a master’s in media studies from the University of Cape Town, specialising in writing for mobile media.
She has an interest in the impact of digital technology on user behaviour and the influences of language and writing techniques on the interpretation of content on different channels.
She is also interested in conceptual thinking with a current focus on teaching methodologies for creativity in the context of advertising, brand communication, and copywriting.
