Brief Bio

I am an Academic Programme Manager with more than 7 years' experience in Instructional Design, and 14 years’ experience in higher education. 

Currently, I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Educational Technology from the University of Cape Town and a Master’s degree in Fine Art which was achieved at the University of Pretoria in 2019. 

As a lecturer and content developer I have managed to engage learners of various ages and backgrounds. 

Developing and sharing learning content is currently the biggest component of my position as Academic Programme Manager, and the approaches that underpin these daily activities aim to engage students with innovative and frequently experimental tactics to encourage deep engagement with learning content.



I am enthusiastic about the possibilities of online learning and have designed several courses. I am self-driven and work independently towards set goals, but comfortably slot in with team projects as well. In the teaching environment, I meet learners at their level, and we collaboratively build their understanding through experience.
